It’s a space to gather in a circle and prepare the ground for the seeds of our intentions, so they can take root and come into fruition in the year ahead and beyond. 

I draw on Psychosynthesis principles and practices, such as the Act of Will and Dream & Imagination. 

Psychosynthesis goes beyond our personal history and present circumstances, supporting us to connect with the deeper, wiser aspects of the Self.

This means the process isn’t about setting intentions from the mind alone, but from the heart, the soul, and your sense of purpose or mission.

Your intention can be anything that resonates with you: better health, improved quality of life, abundance, relationships—anything your heart truly desires.

It’s also incredibly powerful to do this in a group, where you are witnessed, supported, and uplifted by others.

We begin with a guided meditation and a short sound-healing session with gongs. Then we move into reflective group activities, including creating a vision board or intentional journal that becomes a living tool for your manifestation journey. I’ll also introduce key principles of manifestation and explore common roadblocks that often arise.

This process really works when you work with it. I offered this workshop in December 2024 for a small group in my home, and the feedback was deeply heartfelt, some of those participants have already signed up again for this December session.
