- **Event Description**: High Vibrations is a spiritual circle that blends multiple modalities to create a holistic gathering that can be both an individual and a group experience that elevates and goes deep within.  We'll use gentle body movement, drumming, chanting, meditation, ritual and an immersive sound bath journey to reach you on physical, emotional and spiritual levels.

Bring your own frame drum (or other small-ish hand drum) if you have one.  There are plenty of extra drums available for you to borrow.  You can also bring a mat and/or blanket if you want to lie down for the sound journey (the yoga studio also has mats and blankets for you to use).

The circle is geared towards adults, so any younger people who attend should be able maintain focus for the full two hours of the event.
