Sound bath

Start your week off with self-care. There are many benefits to a soundbath that include improved sleep quality, relaxation, increasedsense of well-being and sense of clarity. they are also known to help reduce stress, anxiety, and depression.

Participants are invited to bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and comfy clothing.

$20 in the form of cash or Venmo.
