Cortina Date Night

About this Class:

Escape to the Italian Alps for a date night inspired by Cortina. Join us for an immersive culinary experience that highlights the flavors and traditions of Northern Italy!

Your night begins with a guided cocktail workshop, where our Beverage Expert will walk you through crafting a winter-inspired cocktail to enjoy alongside a charcuterie board to share.

Next, our Scuola Chef will present a tableside demonstration of a two-course Northern Italian dinner. Sit back, relax, and savor each dish paired with Italian wine.

To finish, our Scuola Chef will guide you through a hands-on tiramisu experience. Together, you and your partner will assemble the perfect tiramisu to enjoy for dessert.

In this class you will:

• Craft your own Cortina Cocktail during a guided cocktail demo, paired with a housemade charcuterie board to share
• Enjoy a tableside demo of a two-course Italian dinner, each course paired with a glass of wine
• Learn about the traditions and culture of Tiramisu, and assemble classic tiramisu with your partner to enjoy for dessert, paired with coffee
• Take recipes home with you at the end of class

• Pollo Alla Milanese: Crispy Breaded FreeBird Chicken Breast, Wild Arugula, Agriform Grana Padano DOP, Mediterranean Sauce, Lemon

For groups of 5-10 guests, a minimum of 7 days' notice (class day not included) is required to receive a credit in the form of a coupon for a future class or event. For groups of up to 4 guests, a minimum of 4 days' notice (class day not included) is required to receive a credit in the form of a coupon code for a future class or event at La Scuola. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a class or event due to unforeseen circumstances, inclement weather or otherwise.
