Christine McKee has been practicing Yoga for 7 years. At that time, she was an avid runner beginning to have back troubles and other sports related injuries. 
“After my very first practice, I was hooked for life!” 
She not only found relief from chronic back pain but also learned mindfulness to combat stress and life’s anxieties. Christine’s love for Yoga and the impact it made on her, led her to want to help and teach others. 
Christine received her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and Certification at Yoga Renew in Jan 2023. She is the owner and founder of Autauga Creekside Yoga and loves to practice alongside the creek, the beach and other beautiful outdoor settings. She teaches all styles of Yoga including Vinyassa, Hatha, Yin Yang, and Restorative to all ages and levels. Her goals are to teach others to manage stress through breathing and relaxing the body, as well as, strengthening and healing the body to age well.
Christine is married with 4 children and enjoys spending time with family, hiking, gardening, reading and exercising.
