Join us for an immersive evening of healing, connection, and transformation as we journey inward through ancient wisdom and modern somatic practices.

Our gathering will begin with a sacred intention-setting ceremony, including a cleansing smudge and drum wash to ground, clear, and prepare the body, mind, and spirit for the journey ahead. You will then be guided through a gentle meditation to connect with your breath, your body, and your inner awareness.

At the heart of the evening is **Emergence**, a powerful cinematic 9D Breathwork Journey designed for those who feel called to move beyond what the mind alone can solve. Through conscious connected breathing, immersive sound, and somatic guidance, participants will be invited into a profound experience of surrender, emotional release, nervous system expansion, and self-discovery.

Throughout the breathwork journey, Reiki energy will be offered to support energetic movement, emotional release, and deeper integration, creating a nurturing and supported space as participants move through their personal experience.

This is not simply a relaxation experience—it is an opportunity to connect with the wisdom held within the body. As you breathe through sensation, emotion, and the unknown, you create space for greater presence, clarity, resilience, and transformation.

Following the breathwork, participants will be immersed in a restorative sound bath featuring crystal frosted singing bowls and a Gotta Sonata gong, allowing the body, mind, and spirit time to soften, settle, and integrate.

We will close our evening together with a sharing circle and sacred prayer, honouring the insights, emotions, and transformation that have emerged.

Whether you are navigating stress, grief, burnout, life transitions, spiritual growth, or simply feel the quiet calling for something deeper, this experience offers a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space to reconnect with yourself.
