Through intentional breath patterns, guests are invited to move beyond the thinking mind and into the body, where stored stress, patterns, and unresolved experiences can be processed and integrated. This experience often leads to a greater sense of clarity, calm, and connection to your inner knowing, while allowing the body to access its innate intelligence and capacity to heal. Kim's Message - Sound Journey's are sacred containers of Vibrational Medicine that guide the body into a deeply restful, restorative state. Many tools will be there to support your Journey - including Artisanal & Planetary Gongs & a 14+ Symphony of Crystal Tones Alchemy Bowls - guiding you into a deep inner knowing & receiving. These Journey's Flow out to the Cosmos then are Grounded back to the body with the Low Tones of the Large Planetary Gongs - you will rest in supported pose held in the Large Timbers of the Round Hall. As the instruments echo through space & time - much can be revealed to you - or you may simply rest or sleep. Your body & it's innate wisdom will know what to do.
