All three tunes were penned by Westerly's lead singer and principal songwriter Sterling Spence and showcase the band at its creative best. In addition to Spence, Westerly’s lineup includes Scott Wilson (lead guitar), Mike Bond (drums), Shiva Garshasbi (vocals), Spencer Hatfield (bass), and Evelyn Yining Hong (keys). A force to be reckoned with live, the band actively performs all over the state of California, gracing clubs, bars, coffee shops, radio stations, old folks homes and circus tents. They have shared stages with the likes of guitar virtuoso Grace Bowers and Latin Music Legends Ozomatli as well as being featured extensively on Bay Area radio stations including KPFA, KALW, and KALX. 2026 will see the band continuing to release new material and expanding their presence on stages up and down the West Coast. New Westerns is a brand new project from Travis Hayes featuring members of Agouti, Cave Clove, The Quiet Men, Redwood Chrome and Kat Robicaud's Misfit Cabaret.
