Expect journaling, artist 'dates', and self-expression.Over the course of the 12 week Artist's Way program, we'll use the support and accountability of the group to stay 'on track' to our commitment to embrace creativity as a spiritual path.Please purchase The Artist's Way book separately before our first meeting at your local bookstore or here.We'll gather bi-weekly on Thursdays, beginning Jan 8th - Thurs Mar 19th, from 11:15am -12:15pm at the Depot in Mill Valley. Please arrive a couple minutes beforehand if you'd like to get a coffee or tea from the Depot. Bring a journal, a pen, and an open mind.By registering for the first meeting, you are confirming your spot for all sessions. Kyla has led group meditation and inquiry sessions for thousands of people, including individuals, studio classes and corporate groups. Prior to founding Waveflow, Kyla helped grow the Operations and Business Development teams at SoulCycle after an early career in Investment Banking. As a Waveflow facilitator, Kyla’s intention is to create an environment where participants are encouraged to choose courage and make meaningful decisions in the direction of their heart.
