- **Event Description**: Welcome to The Ovation Gala: Flipping the Script for The Next Act.

For over half a century, the historic barn at Millbrook Playhouse has been held up by the love, sweat, and dedication of our community. This year, we are gathering for a deeply special mission: to ensure the future of our 150-year-old home and to honor the giants on whose shoulders we stand.

? INTRODUCING THE OVATION AWARDS:
Surrounded by theatrical magic, we are incredibly proud to debut our newly elevated award format, celebrating seven absolute legends who have shaped Millbrook's history:

The Spirit of Millbrook Award | Rose Ann Yarnarella: Our highest honor, celebrating a lifetime of legacy, passion, and long-term dedication to the barn.

Visionary Impact Award | Thomas "Doc" Sweitzer: In honor of his significant financial leadership and tireless dedication to greenlighting MPH's "Next Act."

Honored Board Member | Erla Mae Frederick: Recognizing decades of excellence, wisdom, and unparalleled leadership in board governance.

Patrons of the Year | Joe & Stephanie Waltz and Lenny & Maribeth Long: Honoring these two incredible couples for their tireless advocacy, generosity, and unwavering support of the arts in Central PA.

⏰ THE EVENING’S TIMELINE:

5:30 PM | Act I (Courtyard): Arrive in your Barn Theatre Chic best for live music, signature drinks, and local grazing.

7:15 PM | Places, Everyone: Guests move into the air-conditioned theater.

7:30 PM | Act II (Main Stage): The lights dim for an exclusive, immersive performance starring Marc de la Concha, special guests, and our local ensembles.

9:00 PM | Curtain Call: Dessert, coffee, and a final toast to our next season.

?️ THE PREMIUM CULINARY EXPERIENCE:
Ditch the formal sit-down dinner for an elevated, high-end "grazing" experience featuring savory delights from Clinton County’s favorite local eateries, paired with specialty cocktails and mocktails.

?️ ONLINE & LIVE AUCTIONS (Starts 2 Weeks Early!):
Our online silent auction opens two weeks before the event! Anyone can log in early to bid on exciting packages such as relaxing weekend getaways, luxury spa treatments, fine dining, and rare, historic Millbrook theater memorabilia. The night of the gala will also feature high-energy live auction items and fun fundraising mini-events!

? LOGISTICS & TICKETS:

Tickets: $75 per person (All-inclusive of food, drinks, and stage seating).

Seating: Strictly limited due to the unique onstage setup.

Dress Code: Barn Theatre Chic. Think smart late-summer layers. Footwear Note: Because you will be stepping directly onto the wooden stage platform, block heels, wedges, or dress flats are highly recommended over sharp stilettos!
