This is a easy walk with beautiful views. We welcome all fitness levels to join us; the goal is to enjoy the journey, we are never in a race!Once we reach a comfortable resting place, we’ll plan to take a break to catch our breath, enjoy the view and do a little breathework, mediatation, and gratitude journaling!Time: 9:00 a.m (please be punctual!)We will meet near the picnic area. Location/Directions: 15411 Abbotts Pond Road, Milford DE 19963Parking: Free public parkingDifficulty level/Distance: Easy/3-5 MilesRestroom Facilities: Public restroomsWhat you will need for this hike:Plenty of water to drink! (we recommend at least 1-3 liters)Sunblock and/or hat to protect you from the sunComfortable hiking shoes/boots or trail sneakers. Comfortable moisture wicking clothing – workout clothes work just fine!A daypack/backpack to carry all your itemsA towel to sit on if you’re uncomfortable sitting on the groundYour journal and a penPlease review the liability waiver and be prepared to acknowledge and accept at sign in for your event.WH2H Group hikes are free events and our Ambassadors are unpaid volunteers.
