Join us for a unique evening of deep rest and relaxation as we transform the studio into a room full of cozy personal nests.

Bring your blankets, pillows, sleeping bag, favorite cozy socks, pajamas, eye pillow, favorite stuffy, or anything else that helps you feel comfortable and supported. We'll begin by creating our own cozy sanctuary before settling in for gentle relaxation and an extended Yoga Nidra journey designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and invite profound rest.

Unlike sleep, Yoga Nidra guides you into a state between waking and dreaming where the body can release tension, the mind can soften, and deep restoration can occur.

After our practice, stay for herbal tea, a sweet treat, and a surprise campfire-inspired recipe to take home.

No experience is necessary.
