Join us for an evening of movement, relaxation, and connection as we paddle along the beautiful Milford coastline during golden hour while the setting sun paints the sky in brilliant colors. ☀️?‍♀️

Choose a stand-up paddleboard or kayak and enjoy an almost hour-long guided paddle on the water, soaking in the peaceful beauty of the shoreline as day slowly turns to evening.

Once back on land, we’ll transition into a beach yoga session where we will salute the setting sun with mindful movement and breathwork before ending with a deeply relaxing meditation by the water. ?‍♂️?
