Welcome to another very special Kundalini Meditation Experience with Stevie G. This will be the 4th year of the Summer Solstice Series and this year we will be delving into meditation techniques that will bolster your connection to the frequencies of higher consciousness and open new pathways of awareness. On this summer solstice evening we will be practicing what is called ‘Naad Yoga”….the yoga of sound and healing frequencies.

All of the Universe is a vibration of energy. We are either vibrating in harmony or disharmony with the Universe. We vibrate frequency through our thoughts, words, actions, emotions, and feelings. To vibrate with the Universe is to vibrate the higher frequencies of love, compassion, kindness and good health. One of the best ways to be in the flow of the
Cosmos is through yoga, meditation, pranayama, chanting mantra and understanding the power of sound wave therapy.

This workshop includes advanced meditation techniques but is suitable for all levels. Come with an open mind and a willingness to transcend your normal yoga practice. Some light stretching asana poses, otherwise mostly seated meditations and pranayama (breathwork).
Bring a firm meditation cushion or a bolster and an open mind. Be prepared to transcend!!
