Join Mike Duffy at SVM for the Ski-Doo sponsored Avalanche Safety course. Mike is a world renowned rider known for years of mountain rescue experience, training with military units in frozen landscapes and running with almost 30 years of proven, effective and practical avalanche education.

This course features real world situations explained in a class-room setting, lots of practical information from a vet, AND hands on receiver training in groups. With new information and lessons every year, this class gives you an excellent knowledge base for emergency situations and extreme conditions.
Review gear setups, riding technique, snow conditions, terrain analysis and more. Bring your riding buddies, all of your transponders and gear packs, and don't forget to bring warm clothes as there will be an outdoor training session that has been pretty brisk in past years.
