Milford to Cardiff Half Tri Commando Challenge

As a former Royal Marines commando both Royal Marines Charity and Sea Cadets charities are close to my heart. I will be raising funds for both charities and hope you will spare a couple of pound which would go a long way for both of these charities.

My journey will start at the Unit in Milford Haven in west wales where i will cycle then swim across a small section of the Cleddau river before cycling again to Cardiff and tackling the Cardiff half marathon with kit on.

It'll be a long slog but for awesome causes
