Inversions and arm balances build strength, focus, and resilience — inviting you to explore what’s possible when you trust your body and your breath.

• A thorough warm-up to prepare the body
• Breath awareness to support balance and stability
• Step-by-step breakdowns of poses including Plank, Chaturanga, Crow, Forearm Headstand, Forearm Handstand, and Handstand
• A supportive environment to explore strength, balance, and play
Who this workshop is for:
This is an introductory workshop, but not for beginners. Recommended for students with an established open-level Vinyasa or Hatha yoga practice.
