Silver Sands State Park is located at 1 Silver Sands Pkwy in Milford, CT. We'll be by the picnic area near the the boardwalk. The pop ups are beginner friendly FREE classes with easy to follow Qigong and Tai Chi routines. Try Push Hands in a friendly, cooperative setting.

The summer pop ups are free and open to the public. Registration is highly recommended: taichiunited.punchpass.com.
