This 4-week beginner-friendly series introduces you to the foundations of plant wisdom — from wildcrafting etiquette and the healing herbs in your kitchen, to the everyday “weeds” underfoot and the basics of building your own home apothecary.

Class 1: The Art of Herbalism & Wildcrafting Etiquette- Discover what herbalism really is and how to approach plants as living allies. Learn the ethics of wildcrafting, how to identify common “weeds” with respect, and begin a deeper connection with the natural world.

Class 2: Medicine in the Kitchen- Your spice rack is already an apothecary. Explore the healing qualities of everyday herbs like ginger, garlic, cinnamon, rosemary, and oregano. Learn how to recognize their energetics and weave them into your daily life as medicine.

Class 3: Weeds as Teachers- Meet the so-called “weeds” — dandelion, plantain, clover, and more — and discover the deep wisdom they carry. We’ll reframe how we see the wild plants around us and open to the possibility that healing is everywhere.

Class 4: Building Your Home Apothecary- Bring it all together by learning how to start your own home apothecary. Explore the foundations of herbal preparations — teas, infusions, syrups, and more — and design your dream herbal shelf to begin your personal practice.Each class is designed as a stand-alone experience, so you can join one or walk the full series for a deeper journey. Classes repeat each month, making it easy to begin whenever you’re called.No prior experience required — just curiosity, a notebook, and an open heart.
