Take 3 sessions have two main aims: to help improve relationships between the young people/their families and to help improve the young people’s behaviour at home, at school and in their wider community. This course provides information on ways to try new ways of caring for your children and focuses initially on the importance of self-care; helping you to live well and improve your wellbeing.Please Note that this booking is to reserve your place for the entire course.
