Fairways to the Future – Golf Day Invitation
Local businesses and corporate teams are invited to take part in the inaugural Fairways to the Future Golf Day, proudly hosted by the Careers and VET teachers at Coomealla High School.
This unique event is designed to bring businesses together in a relaxed setting, offering the chance to network, build meaningful connections with local industry, and engage directly with the Careers Adviser at Coomealla High School — all while enjoying a great day on the golf course.
Fairways to the Future is about giving back to our business community. Rather than asking for donations, we’re offering an enjoyable day away from the workplace that supports collaboration, strengthens local relationships, and helps create future career pathways for young people in our region.
What’s included:
• A fun and relaxed day of golf
• Lunch generously catered by the Lions Club
• Drinks available for purchase from the bar
• A $10,000 hole-in-one prize
• Over $5,000 in additional prizes
Thanks to support from Wentworth Shire and generous sponsors, all entry fees will be reinvested into making this an annual event — meaning the more players involved, the bigger and better it becomes in future years.
This event is about more than golf. It’s about strengthening connections between schools, businesses, and the wider community to support local employment and career opportunities.
