Mildura Rural City Council is hosting the Awareness to Action Forum again in 2025!

Melbourne and North Melbourne AFL player and Essendon AFLW Development Coach Ben Brown will provide the Keynote address, while joining panel a local sporting club leaders.

The event will also feature information stalls courtesy of Mallee Family Care, Mallee Sexual Assault Unit Inc. Mallee Domestic Violence Services and headspace Mildura.

Join us for a powerful evening of conversation, connection and community action. 

Event Schedule:
5:30pm – Connect with local community services and support providers
6pm – Keynote Address by AFL player and advocate Ben Brown
6:30pm – Community Forum featuring Ben Brown and local sporting club leader's panel
7pm to 7.30pm – Dinner and community connection.

This forum is an important opportunity for everyone involved in local sport to explore their role in promoting respectful relationships in clubs and in our community.

It’s also a safe space for men to speak openly about their experiences and learn how to access support for themselves or their families.

Everyone is welcome to attend, with audience members to have the chance to submit a question for Ben Brown and the panel prior to the forum.
