L’edizione di quest’anno, del tutto speciale, si svolge sempre nella zona del Municipio 8, ma al Teatro Out Off, e si chiama Notturni OFF.Fuori da Villa Simonetta, in un teatro storicamente off, ma sempre con un programma in cinque intense e ricche serate musicali che ben rappresentano la vocazione civica della città di Milano e che accompagnano l'estate del pubblico milanese.Il concerto dello Spazio Anteprima dell'ultima serata dei Notturni OFF, il 10 luglio, si apre con Giuseppe Verdi e le due arie collegate De’ miei bollenti spiriti e O mio rimorso, tratte da La traviata, opera che sfidò la rigida censura dell'Ottocento. Da Verdi si passa a Die Schöpfung di Haydn, che celebra la creazione, come suggerisce il titolo, e segue, almeno nelle prime due parti, il racconto biblico, concludendo la composizione con un limpido e innocente coro trionfale. Si chiude con la Serenata op. 4 di Dickhut, cornista e compositore attivo tra la fine del XVIII e l'inizio del XIX secolo.
