As the holiday season approaches, we are delighted to invite you to our most anticipated event of the year: the HBS Club of Italy Christmas Dinner, a special evening of celebration, connection, and inspiration. Join us on December 15th for an elegant dinner in the historic halls of Palazzo Cusani as we toast to another successful year for our Club and our Alumni community.

This year, we’re truly honored to welcome Vittorio Colao as our Guest of Honor. His presence will make this celebration even more special, and we’re excited to share this evening with one of Italy’s most distinguished leaders and fellow alumni.

Giving Back

Both attending and non-attending Alumni will have the opportunity to make a voluntary donation to Fondazione TOG, with a minimum contribution of €25 and the option to donate a higher amount of their choice.

Fondazione TOG is a Milan-based non-profit organization that provides free, high-quality rehabilitation services to children with complex neurological disorders. About the Guest

Vittorio Colao is Vice Chairman EMEA and Board member of Growth Equity investor General Atlantic, working with European Technology and Consumer companies. He is a non-Executive Director of Verizon in the US and a Board and Executive Committee member of Bocconi University in Milan. From 2015 until early 2021 he chaired the Remuneration Committee of Unilever PLC. Vittorio has been Minister for Technology Innovation and Digital transition and Delegate authority for Space for the Italian Government with PM Draghi in 2021-22. In 2024 Vittorio contributed to the Draghi Report ‘The Future of Competitiveness in Europe’. In 2020 he chaired the Italy’s Post Covid recovery committee for Prime Minister Conte. Vittorio has been the CEO of Vodafone Group from 2008 to 2018, having worked at Vodafone and the Italian predecessor company since 1996. He has also been CEO of RCS Media Group in Italy between 2004 and 2006. During his tenure he served as Vice-Chairman of the European Roundtable until 2018. In his early career he served as NED on the Boards of Finmeccanica (Leonardo) and RAS (Allianz Italy) and as advisor to McKinsey&Co and Harvard Business School. In 2014 Vittorio was awarded Italy’s Knighthood of the Order of Labor and in 2021 the Grand Ufficiale honor by two Presidents of Italy. Vittorio has been a 2015 UN “He4She” champion and the 2015 FT “HERos” top nominee. A Carabinieri Lieutenant trained at the Mountain Troops Military School in Italy, Vittorio is a graduate of Bocconi University and holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School. In 2024 he received an Honorary Degree, Doctor of Law, at Bath University. In 2025 he received the Alumni Achievement Award from Harvard Business School.

In addition, I have granted permission to the HBS Club of Italy and its representatives to photograph and/or videotape me during the HBS Club of Italy Christmas Dinner 2025.

I understand that these photographs and/or videos may be used for promotional and informational purposes by the HBS Club of Italy, including but not limited to website content, social media posts, marketing materials, and press releases.

I acknowledge that my image may be captured in group shots or candid moments during the event, and I consent to the use of these images as described above without any compensation to me.

Furthermore, I release the HBS Club of Italy and its representatives from any liability arising from the use of these photographs and/or videos, including any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of rights.

I understood that if I do not wish to be photographed or videotaped during the event, it is my responsibility to notify the event organizers in advance and to avoid areas where photography and videography are taking place.
