The 31st of October 2015 marks a very special Anniversary. Exactly 89 years earlier, Harry Houdini, the World’s Greatest Escape Artist dies of peritonitis resulting from appendicitis in Detroit, Michigan, at Grace Hospital in room 401 at 1:26 P.M. on October 31, 1926, Halloween, aged 52. He was born in Budapest, Hungary.
If there were anyone who could escape Death's clutches, it was he.
Just a few day before the closing of Expo 2015, renowned escape artist David Merlini will be staging the first show ever to feature some of the most challenging escapes in history.
Hungary presents a Tribute to the Greatest Escape Artist of all time, Hungarian born Harry Houdini.

Officially opening on the 22nd of October 2015 at the Hungarian Pavilion at Expo2015 in Milan, the first and only Collection in Europe devoted to the Great Master of Escape, Harry Houdini will be on display until the 29th of October 2015.
Visitors will have a chance to test the famous Chinese Water Torture Cell (Safety rules apply) and many original artefacts owned by the legendary King of Escapes will be on view.
