Join us for a deeply nourishing evening of Sound Bath, Guided Meditation & Intuitive Painting — a sacred space to explore your inner world, emotions, and soul expression through vibration, stillness, and creative flow.

Allow the sound to soften your nervous system, the meditation to open your heart, and the painting to give voice to what words cannot express. No artistic experience is needed — it’s an experience for beginners and to more experienced artists. It is about connecting with your creativity, expressing your inner self, and enjoying the process without pressure or expectation.

Your guide for this experience is Lisa who will be leading the sound healing and meditation . For the painting experience is Kata, a talented local artist and art teacher, who will gently support you in discovering your personal creative flow. All art materials will be provided, so all you need to bring is curiosity and an open heart.

This is a space to release, create, and reconnect — a unique opportunity to explore your emotions, nurture your soul, and let your intuition guide your brush. Come as you are, and leave feeling lighter, inspired, and creatively renewed.
