The Juniata County Conservation District (JCCD) will be holding its second Annual Women in Agriculture event on Thursday, February 26, 2026, located at The Garlind, 716 Swamp Road, Mifflintown, PA 17059. Doors open to the public at 9:30 a.m., the event starts at 10:00 a.m. and runs through 2:30 p.m. Refreshments, light breakfast, and lunch will be provided. This year’s theme is “Looking to the Future”. Feature presentations include Small Business Marketing Strategies, Native Pollinators, Manure Management, Financial Partnerships, and Invasive Species Management. Participants will each receive a take-home favor. Tickets will be $10 taken at the door.
