She knows her cousin, Fernando, will keep his promise to find her and bring her home, but if she wants to hold on to her new life and the unexpected love she’s found, she’ll need to work out a way to stop the prime minister’s scheme.

Hiram Jacobs, a widowed rancher with four sons, isn’t ready to find love again. But the new schoolteacher isn’t what he was expecting. Will he open his heart to a new love? When he learns her secret, he’ll have to choose between letting her go or following her halfway around the world, and once in Santa Sierra, he’ll need to determine if Fernando is a friend or foe.
