Take time for your Soul allowing life to slow down and bask in the deep inner Presence of the Divine within. Rejuvenate body mind and soul as we practice ancient yogic tecniques & philosophies to calm the nervous system and connect you to your higher Mind and Soul's Divine design.

We will practice asana pranayama meditation yogic philosophy mindfulness lessons. Sharing and discussions as well as movement dance and sacred ceremony.
30 credit hours toward becoming a certified yoga instructor.
Ecstatic Yoga is a registered school with Yoga Alliance International.
