There will be some delicious refreshments made by Lea Holtz at The Collaborative Healing Centre in Kyalami.

Intuitive Creating is an intuitive free flowing creative process that requires no art experience or talent and allows you to connect to yourself. Ideal for anyone – experienced to beginner – to play, explore and reconnect to their inner wonder child.

It's an opportunity to learn to co-create with your inner critic, to allow mistakes to be and to work with them. The focus is on the journey and leaving the outcome to be as it is. And maybe you'll be pleasantly surprised by the outcome too.

The process is gently guided. The space is one of acceptance, non-judgment, and gentle healing.
