Riders • Coaches • Judges • Bodyworkers • Spectators Welcome
The International Biomechanics Symposium is a 5-day education-focused equestrian event bringing together world-leading international trainers in biomechanics, posture, learning theory, and ethical performance.
This is not a discipline-specific clinic.
It is a foundational education event designed to improve how horses are trained, ridden, and assessed across all disciplines.
The focus is simple but profound:
better understanding leads to better horses.
Across five days, riders, coaches, judges, and equine professionals will gain access to:
• live demonstrations
• one-to-one ridden sessions
• group education and body-awareness work
• trainer education
• open discussions on welfare, posture, and performance
• spectator access to real training in action
This event exists to bridge gaps between industries, riders, trainers, judges, saddle fitters, therapists, and veterinarians so that horses receive clearer, more consistent help no matter who is working with them.
The 2026 Symposium features four internationally respected educators:
• Simon Cocozza – Equine biomechanics & postural rehabilitation
• Anne Muller – Rider biomechanics, learning theory & ethics
• Alejandra González – Embodied rider biomechanics & nervous system regulation
• Amanda Anderson – Functional saddle fitting, anatomy & evidence-based assessment
Each trainer brings a distinct lens — together offering a complete picture of how posture, movement, learning, and equipment shape the horse’s body and experience.
