Practice yoga (vinyasa and restorative), meditation, and pranayama (breath work) with a dedicated and experienced teacher. 

Visit the Yosemite Valley taking a scenic bus ride to and from the park, or driving your car on your own. You can request a packed lunch to bring with you on your visit to the park!
