Saturday Somatic Flow

Somatic Flow is a mindful fusion of energizing, strength building yoga and calming, breath-guided movement that deepens body awareness and connection. The goal is to improve intuition and self-trust while focusing on the internal experience of movement while being guided through poses that stretch, strengthen, and align the body + steadying the nervous system and calming the mind to be more present and experience life more fully.
