About the RVA Women’s Grief & Life Group: This is a free, weekly group for women who have experienced life-altering loss and want to join into radically compassionate community. This is a space to grieve, to grow, to heal, to tend to old losses, to practice vulnerable connection with others (not just in individual therapy!), and to purposefully integrate grief, love, hope, and loss in the here-and-now.

About the facilitator: I’m Olga, I am a radically compassionate women’s grief therapist (LCSW) and the owner of Voyager Counseling. I work with women navigating life-altering loss; I often work with mothers, caregivers, and medical providers who want to live heart-forward without stuffing or stifling their grief feelings. I provide expert individual therapy (and take insurance), I train groups and individuals in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and I facilitate free women’s groups in the interest of a healthy, wholesome community and world.
