Growing in High Tunnels

Farmers, gardeners, and anyone interested in year-round food production are invited to learn how growing through winter is possible in Virginia. This workshop will explore how Shalom Farms approaches cold-season growing using high tunnels, hoop houses, and greenhouse starts, with practical guidance on crop varieties, timing, and season-extension strategies.
