This will be a wonderful preparation as we edge closer to winter and an opportunity to devote time to yourself before the hectic festive season commences.Restorative YogaIn our afternoon Restorative Yoga session Claire will guide you into a state of complete ease in both body and mind. Using props to facilitate deep physical relaxation she will show you how to rest without distraction. Blissful restorative poses and Yoga Nidra will be shared to soothe your adrenals, bring balance to your nervous system and leave you feeling completely rested.
