We're collecting items to benefit Shelterhouse and Foster Families Navigation & Resource Center. Our theme is "Head to Toe": For Shelterhouse, we're asking for haircare products, especially for textured/curly hair; for Foster Families, *new* socks and underwear (all adult sizes) are requested.

Wear pajamas (optional) and watch the fun holiday movie "Noelle" starring Anna Kendrick as Santa's daughter, Noelle Kringle, who must travel to the human world to find her brother, Nick, after he gets cold feet and disappears when it's his turn to become Santa Claus.

Ballot petitions will also be available to sign.

Beverages are available to purchase from our MI Element hosts, Tony and Suzanne. Coffee, tea, beer, and bottled sodas available. Snacks will be provided for our special event! Plus anyone is welcome to bring more snacks to share, if they wish. 

Note for those unable to attend, but wish to donate, we will be placing a collection box at Stranded Yarn soon... more info to come!

Women of Michigan Action Network membership is open to everyone, regardless of gender. 

There is a lot going on and it can be hard to know where to start taking action. WOMAN is connected to Indivisible groups around the state and we have lots of ways that you can take action.

Our agendas usually include time for community building as well as information about what's going on and where we can make a difference. We often have speakers about relevant topics and we hear from elected officials.
