The rhythmic repetition of sacred sound helps quiet the mind, regulate the nervous system and cultivate inner peace.

When chanting is combined with group singing, harmonium and vocal toning, the benefits can be profound. Research suggests that singing together increases happiness, strengthens social connection, improves mood and supports brain health.

Hi my name is Lucy, I am a Yoga and chant teacher in Perth, Western Australia and I am excited to offer this uplifting, warm and heart opening practice. We will come together fortnightly in the welcoming space of Sanctuary Yoga in the beautiful Darlington Hills to journey into:

• Vocal Toning
