- **Event Description**: Online pre-registration for the prerelease will be available beginning 10/27/25 at 12:00pm (noon) until 11/08/25 at 11:59pm at https://melee.gg/Tournament/View/375921. Check-in and late registration (if any spots are available) will be in person from 12-12:50pm on the day of the event, 11/09/25. To check in, registered players will provide the store employee with their name, Pokémon Player ID, and birth year.

Please note this is a stay and play in-store event. No product will be given without participation in the event, and the seal on the outer shrink wrap of the build and battle kit will be broken before they are distributed.

Your registration may be canceled through Melee.gg before 11/08/25 at 11:59pm for a refund.

Any players registered for the event as of 11/09/25 who are not checked in and present at 12:50pm will forfeit their spot and receive their entry fee ($30) refunded in store credit only.

Prerelease kits will be handed out at 1pm. Each Trainer will receive one prerelease box with: A 40-card ready-to-play deck, including 1 of 4 unique foil promo cards, 4 Pokémon TCG booster packs, and a code card for Pokémon TCG Live. Players will have 30 minutes to construct their decks. Each deck must contain exactly 40 cards at all times. Decks may contain more than 4 copies of a single card. Basic Energy cards will be provided at the event. Matches are played for 4 Prize cards. Players may not trade the cards from their packs with other players until the tournament ends. Once the first round of the tournament begins, players may not alter the contents of their decks.

Players who play in all three rounds will receive 3 packs of The Phantasmal Flames set at the end of the event.
