This 7 week program helps athletes to improve their basic skill set (hand positioning, footwork) and expands into back sets, tempo sets, setter dumps, camouflage and outplaying the opponents block.

Setter U aims to help young volleyball athletes with experience in the setter position to advance their skill levels, expand their tool kit and grow their understanding of the game.

Setter U - 7 consecutive Fridays starting May 16 to June 27 at the Midland Rec Centre from 7pm - 9pm
