Wear comfortable and layered clothes as we will be laying still the last part of the class.  Please bring a blanket and pillow to aid in your relaxation.

Teacher: Stephani Kolevar

Class format: 60 minute event. In-person at MYC 
Cost: $20; (Please note that this special event does not qualify for "first class free")
