Join POUND PRO, Heather Young from Young Fitness, and SHiNE Dance Fitness Instructor, Natalie Slawnyk, at Grove Park for a FREE class!

Come try a combo class that includes 30 mins of POUND Rockout Workout and 30 mins of SHiNE Dance Fitness!

What to know:
-No sign ups needed
-All participants must sign a waiver prior to class
-Comfortable clothing, tennis shoes, a yoga mat and a water bottle are recommended.
