About the event

Mastering Menopause Workshop
We are delighted to have Menopause Mentors Georgia and Castell from Mastering Menopause hosting a workshop at the club on Friday August 8th.

Winners of the 2025 WA Women's Health Advocate of the Year award, Georgia and Castell will be sharing their wealth of knowledge on menopause - nutrition, resistance training, mental health, lifestyle and the big one - "What even is menopause?".

Registration is $20 per person and this workshop has limited spaces available. Spaces will only be secured after your registration has been paid and is expected to sell out so get in early!
