About the event

Forest Bathing at Wye Marsh
For centuries the people of Japan have sought out the healing powers of nature. Now, you too can experience the ancient art of Shinrin-Yoku.

About this Event

A slow sensory walk in nature brings so many joyful moments, while also enhancing our physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

Pause. Breathe. Unwind. Immerse yourself in the beauty of Wye Marsh when you join Karen Chaplin, a Certified Forest Therapy Guide, for a transformative walk along frosty winter trails.
