Emotion Coaching Your Adolescent

(For adults)

Shire of Mundaring Libraries is pleased to host this workshop presented by Midvale Hub Parenting Service Perth (North East).

The workshop is for parents/carers of young people aged 11 to 18 years.

This workshop supports you in understanding the emotions that present in both you and your adolescent. We explore how to respond to emotions in ways that foster emotional intelligence, strengthen your connection and build resilience using the evidence-based approach of emotion coaching,

You will learn practical strategies to support your adolescent’s emotional development and create a more connected, emotionally supportive environment.

(Parents may bring babies under 5 months, but this session is not suitable for children to attend.)

Bookings are essential for this free event. Places are limited.

Light refreshments will be available.
