Facilitated by experienced Helping Minds staff, the group focuses on connection, emotional support, shared understanding and practical wellbeing strategies.Participants will have the opportunity to:Share experiences and concerns in a supportive and non-judgemental environmentConnect with other Mental Health Carers who understand the carer journeyBuild confidence, resilience and emotional wellbeingLearn about resources, services and supports available to carersEnjoy light refreshments while building meaningful connectionsThis group is therapeutic, offering emotional support and education.
