Synopsis:
Corky and Norm are excited to host Gerald and Laura at their home in the valley outside Los Angeles to watch a once-in-a-lifetime meteor shower. But as the stars come out and the conversation gets rolling, it becomes clear that Gerald and Laura might not be all that they appear to be. Over the course of a crazy, starlit dinner party, the wildly unexpected occurs. The couples begin to flirt and insanity reigns. Steven Martin, using his trademark absurdist humor, bends the fluid nature of time and reality to create a surprising and unforgettably funny new play.

* Online audition forms should be completed before August 21st at 5:00 p.m. If you miss the deadline, walk-in auditions will still be accepted. (Note: Audition time slots are distributed by submission order. Auditionees who are particular about their time slots are advised to submit their form sooner rather than later.)

*Rehearsals will begin at MCT on Monday, August 31st at 7:00pm. This will be the company meeting and first read through, if you cannot attend the company meeting please list it as a conflict in this audition form.

*Performances will be in the Mabee Theatre II from Friday, October 16th - November 1st, 2026
*Tech week begins on October 7th - October 15th.
