As we arrive at the Spring Equinox — a moment of balance between light and dark — we are invited to pause, reflect, and gently set intentions for the season ahead.
Seeds of Intention is a nourishing 2.5 hour workshop designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and consciously plant the seeds of what you wish to grow this spring.
The workshop will unfold as a gentle, supportive journey:
🌿 What to expect
Grounding Hatha Yoga
A slow, steady practice focused on breath, alignment and mindful movement, helping you settle into your body and create a sense of stability and ease.
Journaling & Intention Setting (Sankalpa)
Guided reflection and journaling to help you clarify what you are ready to invite in and what you may be ready to release. You’ll be supported in forming a personal Sankalpa (heart-felt intention) to carry forward. Herbal teas will be provided during this part of the session.
Guided Meditation & Sound Bath Journey
We’ll close with a deeply restorative guided meditation followed by a sound bath using therapeutic instruments to encourage deep rest, integration and nervous system regulation.

Are seeking calm, balance and clarity
No previous experience of yoga, journaling or sound therapy is required. The practice will be accessible, nurturing and held in a safe, welcoming space.
Please bring a mat, pillow/cushion & blanket, and anything you need to be comfortable during the sound bath (including layers). You will need to be wearing comfortable stretchy clothing for the yoga session.
