Run Middlewich Couch to 5K training program

Join our popular beginner-friendly Run Middlewich Couch To 5K training program🏃🏼

No running experience required.
Includes those recovering from injury to help get back into running.

This is a free 9 week program to build up to 5k. The program will end with you completing our Run Middlewich 5k event on Sunday 10th May 2026 where you will receive a finishers medal🥇

As this is a free program we do ask that you sign up to our race as a commitment to the program. Entry free is £16.
