Embark on a transformative journey with our "Yoga for Beginners" 4-week course, designed to introduce you to the essentials of yoga while welcoming experienced practitioners seeking to embrace a beginner's mind. Each week, you'll delve into foundational concepts, explore different yoga styles, and learn key poses and breathing techniques. From understanding the history and philosophy of yoga to mastering basic postures and alignment, this course equips you with the knowledge and skills to establish a strong yoga practice.
Throughout the four weeks, you’ll experience a variety of yoga styles including Hatha, Gentle, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative yoga. You’ll learn to link breath with movement, develop mindfulness, and explore techniques to enhance relaxation and stress relief. Each session includes guided practices, interactive adjustments, and modifications to ensure a safe and personalized experience, making yoga accessible to everyone.
By the end of this course, you'll gain increased body awareness, stress reduction skills, and improved physical strength and flexibility. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, this comprehensive introduction will help you discover the benefits of yoga and find the style that resonates with your unique body and mind.

Dress comfortably in clothes you can move in. Please bring a yoga mat, bottle of water & a notebook/pen to class. If you do not have a yoga mat we have a few to lend.
